Promo Voucher Terms and Conditions

1. Promo Voucher are valid for a period of 12 months from the date curated. Cannot be redeemed after expiry date.
2. Voucher is only valid for use on https://lilyandco.com.ph website and LILY & CO. Facebook page (M.me/lilyandco2018).
3. Only one Promo Voucher can be used per transaction.
4. Promo Voucher cannot be used in conjunction with gift vouchers.
5. Promo Voucher may be redeemed at no minimum spend. 
6. Non-refundable (in cash), non-exchangeable, non-extendable, and non-voidable.
7. Payment requirement; must have a 10% down payment (reservation) or 50% down payment (in production)
8. LILY & CO. may invalidate or suspend the use of any unique voucher code if it suspects any misuse, fraud, or unlawful activity,
   or in the event of any technical malfunction or unavailability of the website. In any event aligned with this scenario, kindly coordinate
   directly with LILY & CO.
