Terms of service

Payment of fees, whether for the actual cost of the product or reservation cost, signifies the buyer’s assent to the following terms and conditions:

RESERVATION
Reservation will only be valid for up to three (3) months and the buyer is obligated to pay 50% within said period. Cancellation of buyer with his or her reservation forfeits any amount paid for such purpose.

PRODUCT INSPECTION
The buyer shall be given an opportunity to inspect the product before shipment through electronic means. If satisfied, the product shall be sent through a courier to be selected by Lily & Co, unless the parties agree for a different mode of delivery.

Upon delivery of the item, the buyer or any person receiving the item on behalf of the buyer is obligated to make a “final inspection” of the product to determine visible flaws and defects. Acceptance of the product signifies “satisfaction” of the product whereas the return of the product signifies “non-satisfaction.” If unsatisfied, the buyer is obligated to notify Lily & Co. about the cause of non-acceptance to determine the propriety of the return. Non-inspection of the item prior receipt waives the right of the buyer to contest or complain about any visible defect of the product. Shipping cost for the return of the item shall be for the account of the buyer on such occasion.

COURIER DELAY
Any delay caused by the courier service is no longer the responsibility of Lily & Co.

PRODUCT WEIGHT
Our products are priced per piece based on the complexity of design so the prices do not correspond with the weight of gold.

6 MONTHS WARRANTY
Warranty of the items includes free polish and minor repairs, shipping costs will be shouldered by the buyer.

Lily & Co. jewelry is guaranteed to be free from defects in craftsmanship. This warranty does not cover normal wear & tear or damage caused by the customer.

The warranty is limited to repair or replacement of the item at the discretion of Lily & Co.
Any missing stone shall not be replaced by Lily & Co. for free as they have undergone stress tests for stone durability before shipment.

Damaged items after 6 months warranty will not be repaired for free.

14-DAY POLICY
Items with loose stone due to faulty craftsmanship shall be eligible for repair and free of shipping charges within 14 days of receipt.
Any cost incurred for repairs including shipping after the 14-day policy shall be shouldered by the buyer.

UNPAID ITEM AVAILABLE
Once the item is finished and released from the production office, the Client shall be notified to settle its due.

Two (2) months after notification and the Client is unable to settle its payment, the item ordered shall be subject to resell.

If the Client is able to settle its payment but the item is no longer available, the Client shall have to wait 20-25 days production lead time for the item to be available again.
