Refund policy

If the product is returned due to faulty craftsmanship, re-work or re-make of the product is for the account or at the expense of Lily & Co.

If the item is in good condition, however, and the buyer only changes his or her mind and wants a refund of payment during the electronic inspection, refund of the money paid shall be only limited to 80% of the total cost, and 20% is deemed forfeited.

If the buyer decides to refund after shipment, only 70% of the total cost will be refunded provided it is reported within 24 hours of receipt.
